Do you work with companies outside the United States?

Yes. Arcesso is a US company with offices in Jacksonville, Florida and Arlington, Texas, and works with clients worldwide. International clients get a fixed overlap window in US business hours, US contracts under US law, and the same written IP assignment as domestic clients.

Who owns the code when the project ends?

You own 100% of the code, infrastructure configuration, prompts and documentation from the first commit. The assignment is written into the master services agreement. Work happens in your repositories and cloud accounts, so there is nothing to migrate or hand back when a project ends.
