What these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and Arcesso LLC, a company headquartered at 1320 Ellis Rd S, Jacksonville, FL 32205, about your use of the website arcesso.ai. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. They are not a services agreement. Any software, AI or consulting work Arcesso does for you is governed by a separate signed contract, such as a statement of work or master services agreement, and that contract wins if it conflicts with anything here.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy/, and our use of cookies in the Cookie Policy at /legal/cookies/. This page is written in plain English and is not legal advice to you.

Acceptable use of the website

You may use arcesso.ai to learn about Arcesso, read our guides and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site or harm other people through it. In particular, you agree not to do any of the following:

  • Break the law, or help anyone else break it, through the site.
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or any account.
  • Probe, scan or test the site for weaknesses without our written permission.
  • Send spam, malware or automated form submissions.
  • Upload files you do not have the right to share, or that contain harmful code.
  • Overload the site, or scrape it in a way that harms its performance.
  • Pretend to be someone else or misstate your link to a person or company.

Who owns the content on this site

Arcesso LLC owns, or has permission to use, the text, graphics, logos, design and code of arcesso.ai. The Arcesso name and logo are our trademarks. Other product names, such as model providers and platforms we mention, belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not mean they endorse Arcesso.

You may read, print and share pages from the site for your own non-commercial use, or to discuss a project with Arcesso, as long as you keep any copyright notices and do not change the content. You may quote short passages with a link back to the source page.

You may not copy large parts of the site, republish it as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests a relationship we do not have, without our written permission.

Information on the site is general, not an offer

The content on arcesso.ai is general information about software, AI and how Arcesso works. It is not professional, legal, financial or security advice for your situation, and it is not a binding offer. Typical timelines, process steps and industry figures describe common cases; your project's scope, price and dates are only set in a signed contract.

Industry statistics on the site come from the third-party sources we name next to them. We check them when we publish, but we do not control those sources and cannot promise they stay current.

We update the site from time to time and show the date of the last substantive update on key pages. Content may be out of date between updates, and we may change or remove any part of the site without notice.

Links to other websites

arcesso.ai links to other websites, such as Calendly for booking, LinkedIn profiles and the sources behind statistics we cite. Those sites are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. Arcesso does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data.

A link is a convenience, not an endorsement. Please read the terms and privacy policy of any site you visit through a link.

You may link to arcesso.ai from your own site, as long as the link is fair and lawful, does not suggest a partnership or endorsement we have not agreed to, and does not frame or copy our pages into another site.

No warranties for the website

Arcesso provides arcesso.ai "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the site accurate, secure and online, but to the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful code.

Some places do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. If that applies to you, the exclusions above apply only as far as your local law permits.

This section covers the website only. Any warranty for software Arcesso builds for you, such as the 30-day post-launch warranty in our standard process, is set out in your signed contract.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Arcesso LLC and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, arcesso.ai, even if we were told such damage was possible.

To the same extent, Arcesso's total liability for any claim about the website is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). The website is free to use, and this limit reflects that.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for gross negligence where the law does not allow it to be excluded. These limits do not apply to client work, which is governed by its own contract.

Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the website will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you and Arcesso agree to their jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim locally.

We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The effective date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Questions about these terms can go to info@arcesso.ai or +1 (754) 423-0349.
