Cookie Policy
Arcesso's Cookie Policy explains the two kinds of cookies arcesso.ai uses: strictly necessary cookies that make the site work, and analytics cookies that measure how pages are used. Arcesso runs no third-party advertising cookies at launch, and you can change your analytics choice at any time. Effective 2026-10-13.

What cookies are and why the site uses them
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between pages or visits. Similar tools, such as local storage and tracking pixels, work in much the same way, and this policy treats them all as cookies.
Arcesso keeps cookies to a minimum on arcesso.ai. We use them for two reasons only: to make the site work and remember your privacy choice, and, where you allow it, to measure which pages are useful so we can improve them. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to identify individual visitors.
This policy is part of our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy/, which explains how we handle personal data more broadly. It describes our practices in plain English and is not legal advice.
Strictly necessary cookies
Strictly necessary cookies make arcesso.ai work and keep it secure. They are set without asking because the site cannot run properly without them, and the law allows this. You can block them in your browser settings, but parts of the site, such as the contact form, may then stop working.
Strictly necessary cookies do not track you across other websites, and we do not use them for analytics or advertising.
| Purpose | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| Consent choice | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics | Up to 12 months |
| Security and bot protection | Helps stop spam and abuse of the contact form | Session or up to 24 hours |
| Load balancing | Keeps the site fast and available | Session |
Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help Arcesso understand how visitors use arcesso.ai: which pages they read, how they arrived and where they leave. We use this information in aggregate to improve content and fix problems. We do not send names, email addresses or form answers to analytics tools.
Analytics cookies are optional. Where the law requires consent, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, they stay off until you accept them. In the United States they are on by default, and you can switch them off at any time.
| Purpose | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| Visit measurement | Counts visits and pages viewed, in aggregate | Up to 14 months |
| Session measurement | Groups page views from one visit | Up to 30 minutes after the last action |
| Site performance | Measures page speed for real visitors | Session |
No advertising cookies at launch
Arcesso does not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or social media tracking pixels on arcesso.ai at launch. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Some pages link to other services, such as Calendly for booking a call. If you open the booking tool, Calendly may set its own cookies under its own cookie policy, which Arcesso does not control. We load the booking tool only on the step where you choose to book.
If we ever add advertising cookies, we will update this policy first, list each one, ask for consent where the law requires it, and keep honoring Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out. The effective date at the top of this page will show the change.
How consent works where you live
Arcesso's consent banner adapts to the privacy rules where you are browsing. In every region, the banner sits at the bottom of the page, never covers the content and never blocks the site.
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: analytics stay off until you choose. Accept, Reject and Preferences are shown with equal weight.
- United States: analytics run by default, and you can opt out at any time through "Your privacy choices".
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out wherever you are.
- Everywhere: strictly necessary cookies are always on, because the site needs them to work.
How to change your cookie preferences
You can change your cookie choice on arcesso.ai at any time. Select "Your privacy choices" in the footer of any page to reopen the consent settings, then switch analytics on or off. The change takes effect straight away, and we stop setting analytics cookies if you turn them off.
You can also control cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, browse in private mode, or turn on Global Privacy Control. Blocking all cookies can stop parts of the site, such as the contact form, from working.
Questions about cookies can go to info@arcesso.ai or +1 (754) 423-0349. We reply within one business day.
