Arcesso LLC (“Arcesso,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at https://arcesso.ai and provides AI deployment services including voice agents, automations, websites, and platform integrations (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you give us. Name, business name, email, phone number, and any message content you submit through our contact form, booking flow, or by emailing info@arcesso.ai.
- Information from third-party platforms. If you connect with us via Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Google, or another OAuth provider, we receive your public profile, the email associated with that account, and any message content you send us through that channel.
- Information collected automatically. IP address, user-agent, referring URL, and basic page-view analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries, scheduling requests, and support messages.
- To deliver, operate, and improve the Services you have engaged us to provide.
- To send transactional communications (audit confirmations, project updates).
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models without explicit consent.
3. Sharing and disclosure
We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Services (hosting, email delivery, calendar scheduling, analytics, AI inference providers). These providers are contractually bound to safeguard your information.
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Arcesso or others.

4. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inquiry and lead data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact unless you request earlier deletion.

8. International users
Arcesso operates from the United States. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
