• Information collected automatically. IP address, user-agent, referring URL, and basic page-view analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

• To respond to your inquiries, scheduling requests, and support messages.
• To deliver, operate, and improve the Services you have engaged us to provide.
• To send transactional communications (audit confirmations, project updates).
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models without explicit consent.

We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us operate the Services (hosting, email delivery, calendar scheduling, analytics, AI inference providers). These providers are contractually bound to safeguard your information.
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Arcesso or others.
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inquiry and lead data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact unless you request earlier deletion.

Arcesso operates from the United States. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
