User Data Deletion

• Contact details you submitted (name, email, phone number, business name).
• Message content and call transcripts from conversations with our voice agents or automations.
• Profile information we received from a third-party login (e.g., your Meta public profile and email).
• Logs related to bookings, audits, or proposals you initiated with us.

To request deletion of your data, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@arcesso.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the following so we can locate your records:
   • Your full name
   • The email address you used with us
   • Phone number, if applicable
   • The platform(s) you contacted us through (website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, etc.)
   • Any account or page ID associated with your request
3. We may reply to verify your identity before processing the request, to prevent unauthorized deletion.

We acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of identity verification. Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, financial records for tax and audit purposes) or in anonymized/aggregated form that cannot identify you.

If you contacted us through a Meta-owned platform and would like the data associated with that interaction deleted, your request submitted via the email above will be honored. We will also revoke any access tokens linked to your Meta profile and delete the associated message history we hold.

You may also revoke Arcesso’s access to your Meta profile at any time from your Facebook account settings under “Apps and Websites.”
