What we build

AI agents, automations and custom software, and AI added to what you already run.

Ordered by what buyers ask us for most. Every card is a real service page with scope, timeline, process and FAQ.

How we build with AI

AI that is tested, measured and reviewed by a person before it touches a customer.

  • What we build

Agents, RAG assistants, voice agents, LLM integrations, evals and monitoring.

  • Responsible AI, in practice

Your data is never used to train vendor models unless you choose it. Every agent has evals and a human-in-the-loop step. Our AI use and data policy is public.

  • How we use AI ourselves

Engineers use AI coding tools for drafts, tests and reviews. A named engineer owns every line that ships, you get the IP, and our rates do not change because of it.

How we work

Five steps, with dates on each.

Every Arcesso project runs the same five steps, from a free call to supported production, with a demo every week.

  1. 1

    Discovery call

    30 minutes, free

You talk to an engineer. We ask about the problem, the systems involved and what success looks like. If we are not the right fit, we say so and point you elsewhere.

  2. 2

    Scope and fixed price

    1 to 2 weeks

A paid scoping sprint or AI readiness assessment. We map the workflow, the data and the risks, then give you a fixed price and a dated plan. The fee is credited to the build.

  3. 3

    Build in weekly sprints

2 to 8 weeks for pilots and MVPs

A senior engineer leads a small team. You see a working demo every week and can change priorities between sprints. Every AI feature gets evals before it gets prompts.

  4. 4

    Launch

    1 week

We deploy to your accounts, not ours. Monitoring, logging and a human approval step are on from day one. We train your team on the handover call.

  5. 5

    Measure and support

    30-day warranty, then optional retainer

We compare results against the baseline from step 2 and fix anything that misses. After the warranty, choose a monthly retainer or walk away with everything documented.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

How much does it cost to build an AI agent with Arcesso?

An Arcesso AI agent pilot is a fixed price from $11,500 for two weeks on one workflow. Production agents run $22,500 to $85,000 depending on integrations, data volume and approval steps. For reference, Clutch reports the average AI project at about $120,595 across its reviewed agencies. Every price is published on our pricing page next to the market figure it beats.

How long does a typical project take?

Most Arcesso pilots go live in two weeks, and AI MVPs in about six. Custom software projects run eight to twenty weeks depending on scope. We commit to a kickoff within 14 days of signing, show a working demo every week, and give you a dated plan at the end of a one- to two-week scoping sprint.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You own 100% of the code, models, prompts and documentation from the first commit. The assignment is written into the master services agreement, not promised in an email. Work happens in your repositories and cloud accounts, so there is nothing to hand back at the end.

Will you sign an NDA before we talk?

Yes. Arcesso sends a mutual NDA within 24 hours of your request, before any detailed call. Ask for it on the contact form and it is sent from the US entity, Arcesso LLC. The discovery call itself needs no confidential detail.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Arcesso configures every model vendor with no-training settings where the vendor offers them and documents it in your project. We publish which data goes to which provider, how long it is retained and how it is redacted in our AI use policy. Personal or health data is masked before any model call.

Where is Arcesso based, and what hours do you work?

Arcesso is a US company, Arcesso LLC, headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, with an office in Arlington, Texas. The team works US business hours in the Eastern and Central zones, and a US-based lead runs every project. International clients get a fixed overlap window and a written reply commitment of one business day.

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions; an AI agent takes actions in your systems. Arcesso builds both. A chatbot grounded in your documents resolves support tickets. An agent reads an email, checks the CRM, drafts the reply and books the follow-up, with a human approving each step until the evals show it is safe to automate.

Do you work with small businesses, or only enterprises?

Arcesso works with startups, service businesses and small to mid-market companies, typically 5 to 500 people, as well as public-sector teams. The smallest entry point is the fixed-fee, two-week AI readiness assessment; the largest engagements are dedicated teams billed monthly. There is no minimum annual contract.

How do you use AI in your own development work?

Arcesso engineers use AI coding tools for drafts, tests and code review, under a named engineer who owns every line that ships. It makes delivery faster; it does not change our rates or weaken the IP assignment. Every AI-assisted change passes the same review and test gate as hand-written code.

How do we start?

Book a free 30-minute discovery call with an Arcesso engineer, or send three fields on the contact form. You get a reply within one business day, a mutual NDA within 24 hours if requested, and a ballpark estimate within three business days. The next step is usually a fixed-price scoping sprint.
